Hi
The rear suspension on my new bike has been working for a while now, but the rear fork has been getting rattly. So today I tuned it, by filing the rubbing surface of the printed parts, filing the paint underneath, then packing the 3d printed parts with mylar. It went back together ok and I'm happy with the result.

Happy New Year!
After riding this bike for a few months now, and fitting a new tailbox, the tailbox is scraping on the back wheel a bit, and the few pics below show how I tuned it. On the road, I put a bit of bike tube above the rear suspension block to raise things up a bit, and once back home, replaced that with a bit of aluminium. Seems good now. And an article about the bikes got published, here it is, woohoo!

Plate in place, ready to be shoved back into the bike frame. Its keyed in and can't go anywhere. |
Yes, its a whole bike. |
